We have been operating Peer Groups in CT for over 10 years. These Peer Groups are 8-10 well-matched business leaders who meet for two hours every other month and operate as a board of advisors for each other. Details include:
Who: Manufacturer Only – Groups of 8-10 executives from custom-matched manufacturing companies. Participants are either Owners, Presidents, or Senior C-Level; minimally every participant has responsibility for people, profits, and production.
Why: Leverage each other’s experience; learn fresh approaches; get new information; save time. “The smart man learns from his experience; the wise man learns from others’ experience.”
- Member Driven Content – Members drive the meeting discussion based on their needs; agenda are built dynamically month-to-month.
- Confidentiality – Each participant signs a Non-Disclosure Agreement; what is said in the meeting stays in the meeting (unless given permission otherwise).
How and When: Each group is professionally led and facilitated by Peer to Peer advisors. Each group meets monthly for two hours (as contrasted to full day sessions with similar type organizations).
How Much: Cost for participation is $1,800 for the year (as contrasted to over $12,000 – $13,000 per year for similar type organizations).
